Bridgford Pressings Limited are manufacturers of precision pressed metal components. The company was founded in 1992 and although we are a young company we have more than 150 years experience in the industry and have built up a reputation for producing quality items.

At Bridgford Pressings Limited we incorporate various types of assembly which include insert mouldings, presswork base and machining.

Since forming we have established a healthy customer base and clientele and we are always looking to expand our business further a field.

Production capability.

Our press shop has a capacity for producing precision components using presses of up to 100 tonnes.

A wide range of materials can be used to manufacture precision components and high production speeds provide low cost products of 1st class quality.

We have a spacious assembly/fabrication area, in-house MIG and TIG welding capability, insert moulding facility and automatic tapping machines.

Quality control

We have total commitment to quality and have implemented a quality assurance system approved to BS E N 9001.

Tool making and Design

We design and manufacture press tools, drill jigs and fixtures to produce items to customer's drawings and specifications.

All tooling wear is closely monitored and maintenance and repairs are carried out when necessary.
